Your family comes first

Our team finds many items that families didn’t know they had or have been lost for years. We call these “Legacy Finds.” Below are just a few of the Legacy Finds from past sales found during the Legacy Review

Your Family Gets Final Say | True Legacy Homes - 3-1

War medals

War medals and name tags from service. Gold personalized family jewelry. The below items were found tucked away in an upper shelf in the garage. The family had no idea these beautiful items were there. Everything was given back to the family.

Your Family Gets Final Say | True Legacy Homes - Jade

Jade canoe

100% Jade carved Inuit in canoe. This valuable piece was found inside an old armoire. The family was unaware of its existence.  We had it appraised and given to the family.

Your Family Gets Final Say | True Legacy Homes - 2-1

Dresden Figurine

The most valuable Dresden is the Harp player. This particular piece is Stamped Western Germany which indicates it is post WWII and had a very limited production run.

Your Family Gets Final Say | True Legacy Homes - Wood

Wood carvings

Traditional Indonesian wood carving of a female figure. It is beautifully hand carved and signed by the artist. This was likely carved in the early 1900’s and is simply not available any longer. A piece of this quality is very difficult to find.

Your Family Gets Final Say | True Legacy Homes - Glass

Heisey glass

A glass Heisey Sugar and Creamer set is of particular interest because of its rarity and the fact that it cannot be reproduced again. The Heisey Company went out of business in 1957 and this set has a silver overlay that cannot be reproduced. The technique/manufacturing process is simply not known. Enthusiasts of Heisey Glass formed the Heisey Collectors of America in 1971.

Your Family Gets Final Say | True Legacy Homes - Painting

Painting

This painting was left hanging in our clients’ property as one of the many leftover belongings to be cleared from their parents’ home. During our staging process, our art appraiser recognized the painting and appraised it at upwards of $15,000 –$20,000. Our clients had no idea that this painting was of any value, and greatly cherished our find and honesty.

Professional estate sales. Personal care.
