True Legacy Homes is committed to providing each of our clients with an excellent experience. Many families have come to expect a nightmare scenario when having to sell all the contents of a home, including the home itself. It’s a prevalent scenario in the estate sale industry. We are changing that.

Our Legacy Assurance Plan, basically a list of all of the rights our clients have and is a guide by which you can set your expectations, regardless if you work with us or someone else.

Dignity

The right to have your family’s personal property and the home treated with the highest level of dignity throughout every stage of the process.

Time Certainty

The right to have a realistic timeframe of the estate sale or senior moving process that we will stand by. We will communicate specifically what activities will take place in your home during the entire time you are working with us, so you know the “what and when” the entire time.

Open Communication

The right to know that you can express your thoughts, concerns or compliments freely and openly throughout the entire process, and you’ll be heard.

Honesty

The right to effective, honest, and economically fair problem solving on behalf of our entire team to ensure the estate sale or home sale process is as seamless and painless as possible.

Respect

The right to know that your home, and everything inside of it will be treated with the utmost care and cleanliness during the entire estate sale process. The right to know, each day, who will be in your home and when they will arrive or depart. The right to know your home and your family’s belongings will be safe.

Ownership

The right to expect the entire team at True Legacy Homes to “work like an owner” and treat the estate sale, your home, and its contents like it was our own. This means organizing every item in the home, and researching unique and valuable items with professional pricing databases and appraisers to find their true value. It also means you aren’t left with a mess to clean up after we are completed, every single item will be removed and the home will be left clean, and clear of any debris.

Family Treasures

The right for you and your family to remove any family treasures, valuable, collectibles, antiques–literally anything you want to keep from the home. We also promise to share any items of interest that we discover during our staging process with you.
