Do I need to clean my home first?

You don’t need to lift a finger. Our estate sale experts will completely organize and tidy your home before the sale. After the sale is complete they will leave your home broom clean.

When do I get paid?

Our payment process is fully transparent. We show you all register receipts and costs. You will receive your payment within two weeks post sale.

Do shoppers come year-round?

Yes! Our shopper data has shown that there is no seasonality to estate sales. Shoppers are looking for rare finds year round. In fact, we even notice a slight uptick in shoppers during the holidays.

How many items do I need?

The good news is there are no quantity maximums or minimums. We do estate sales of any size!

What if I don’t like people in my home?

This is very normal in our business. Rest assured our team preps your home so that it will look pristine to anyone entering the sale. On the day of the sale we strategically position team members throughout your home to safeguard your belongings and ensure that access is restricted to designated areas. We also place clear signage to guide shoppers on what is available for purchase and what is off-limits.

Do I have to sell all my items?

You are in complete control every step of the way. No items will be sold that you have not approved for sale.
