Our team thoroughly cleans your home, then skillfully prices, organizes, and appraises each item in your sale with respect and professionalism. If we uncover a valuable item you weren’t aware of and you choose not to sell, no problem—you remain in complete control.
Our experienced team ensures your sale runs smoothly, providing a retail-like shopping experience. We promote the sale through our extensive shopper network and place strategically positioned signage throughout your neighborhood to maximize visibility.
Your payment is provided within two weeks after the sale. Our team handles all donation items and leaves your home in broom-clean condition. With transparent accounting, you’ll receive detailed register receipts, ensuring every dollar is accurately tracked and accounted for.

Do I need to clean my home first?
You don’t need to lift a finger. Our estate sale experts will completely organize and tidy your home before the sale. After the sale is complete they will leave your home broom clean.
When do I get paid?
Our payment process is fully transparent. We show you all register receipts and costs. You will receive your payment within two weeks post sale.
Do shoppers come year-round?
Yes! Our shopper data has shown that there is no seasonality to estate sales. Shoppers are looking for rare finds year round. In fact, we even notice a slight uptick in shoppers during the holidays.
How many items do I need?
The good news is there are no quantity maximums or minimums. We do estate sales of any size!
