So, what does a True Legacy estate sale look like? Our process begins with your initial decision to schedule a consultation, at which time we will agree on an in-home visit to discuss your expectations, sale items, and next steps. If you decide to work with us, the next step is scheduling a staging date when we organize the items in the home for an appealing retail event. After the items are staged, we begin researching specific items to determine optimal pricing and price each and every item. After the home is prepped for the sale, your family is invited for our “Legacy Review” to see the items you have selected for the sale and ensure there are none that you would like to withhold.

Next is the sale, typically 2-3 days. The sale weekend is a hectic and exciting time. It is quick and efficient, and our team is there the whole time to manage the progress. In a few short days, the sale will be completed, items that don’t sell donated or disposed of, your property cleaned, and your check delivered to you. It’s as easy as that.
