What if I don’t have enough items for an estate sale?

Unlike many other estate sales companies, True Legacy Homes does not have a minimum item requirement to host an estate sale. Whether you have 5 or 5,000 items to sell, you can always call True Legacy Homes and begin planning your estate sale. However, we advise that you count the costs of hosting an estate sale compared to the predicted profit you will make after your items are sold, and commissions are paid.
