First we will bring our team in and walk through the house with you so that we can identify which items are going to be sold and which items you would like to keep. This step has proven to be extremely helpful in preventing any items from being sold unintentionally. 

After this, our team will stage the house so that the items look extra appealing to potential buyers. We will price the items according to research that we perform so that they will sell for the best price. Once everything is set up and ready to go you will have another opportunity to walk through and see the final product. This will also provide you with another opportunity to keep any items that may have been passed over initially. 

After this it is sale weekend! We take care of any items that are not sold by donating them. You do not have to worry about a thing, and we leave the home “broom clean”!
